We want you to feel confident shopping for men’s and women’s clothing at Sub Loome. If an item doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

All returns must be requested and approved by our support team before the item is shipped back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligible Products

This policy applies to apparel and footwear, including:

  • Jackets, coats, shirts, tops, and dresses
  • Casual and formal footwear such as sneakers, boots, and loafers
  • Everyday clothing items purchased directly from our official website

Products must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, washing, scent, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Pierced accessories that have been worn
  • Personal care or grooming items
  • Items damaged, altered, or used after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Return shipping is covered by Sub Loome in these cases.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you are returning an item due to size, fit, or change of preference, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of return.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Bank or card processing times may vary.

There are no restocking charges for returnable items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
