Shipping Overview

At Sub Loome, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Our standard delivery window across the United States is between 4 – 11 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. This timeline includes two key stages:

1. Processing Period: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

• Order verification and confirmation
• Customization, if applicable
• Product quality inspection
• Secure packing and dispatch preparation

2. Transit Period: 3 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

• Final delivery handled by one of our trusted courier partners within the United States

Please note that delivery timeframes can vary slightly based on destination and courier network conditions.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed afterward will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase, hidden costs, or handling fees. In rare cases where a remote-area surcharge applies, our team will contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

Our Delivery Partners

All shipments depart from our main warehouse in China and are handled through our reliable global logistics network. We work with:

• YunExpress or 4PX for international shipment
• UPS or USPS for final delivery within the U.S.
• Additional regional carriers where necessary to ensure timely service

All packages are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery based on courier policy.

Order Updates

Once your order is placed, you will receive three email notifications:

• Order Confirmation – immediately after checkout
• Shipping Confirmation – once the parcel is dispatched
• Tracking Information – to follow your delivery in real time

Customs & Import Fees
